Styles
From BB4Win Wiki
Styles are text files containing the color and texture details to use when presenting various user interface elements. Styles can be easily edited using your favorite text editor such as Notepad, though the use of Unix-style line endings in many styles requires that anyone wanting to easily edit a style use a 3rd party text editor such as Metapad, Notepad++, or others.
For more information on style syntax, visit the blackbox window manager wiki entry on Blackbox Styles which covers a lot of the newer style settings, though not all of these are implemented in the various Windows shells. Also check out thewayofzen's tutorial on Lost In The Box, edited by snkmchnb.
You can download styles at a variety of places such as [1], [2], and there is a list of many more here.
